Can desktop quickcam be used on laptops?and can laptop quickcam be used on desktop computers?

1. As long as the connections/power are there, there's no reason why you can't. Cameras which use USB for connection and power should be able to be used on any computer with a USB connection. Really, the only difference is portability.
