Where to buy Open Box/Refurbished laptops?

I want to buy some Open Box/Refurbished laptops IN THE MANIFACTURE BOX cheap....im looking for something like 1.6 Celeron Processor, 512MB ram, 60GB hard Drive for $580. Preferbly in Vancouver, but if its cheap i dont mind other places.
