Is Dell the best place to get refurbished laptops?

Or are there even better, just as trustworthy places to go? I see lots of info on other deals, etc at http://www.RefurbishedLaptopComputer.org , Amazon.com, Ebay.com and other places. But, has anyone had experience with the other refurbished laptop businesses?

1. I would check Apple. They sell refurbished laptops. And their better in my opinion. They also can have windows xp or vista loaded onto them if you wanted to.... Just an option.
