Acer Aspire One 110-1285 Notebook review. 10 points easy?

can anyone tell me about this laptop . i want to know if it has cd drive etc.

2. The acer aspire one line aren't notebooks. They're netbooks. That means no CD drive, no medium-big gaming, dirt cheap price, Windows XP, Intel atom 1.6 GHz, 1 gig of RAM, and used primarily for surfing the web and traveling. This one that you mentions only has a 8 GB Solid State Drive, but it also has an extra 8 Gigs in the form of a memory card. The battery will probably last maybe around either 2.5 or 5 hours, depending on which battery you decide to get. Don't expect this to hold that many movies and songs. It has as much storage space as a 16 gig iPod. No gaming either, with the intel graphics on that thing. Overall, for the price, you can get much better. Take a look at the EEE PC 1000HE, the Samsung NC10, the Acer Aspire One A150, or even the MSI wind U100. If you are on a budget of around $300, then get the EEE PC 900HA. Anything higher, then get one of the above mentioned.
