Places to buy used laptop computers? I can't seem to find a site that fits my criteria for a purchasing a laptop computer. I have a budget to go by, so it should between the range of $20 - $120. I don't really mind if it's used, but I would prefer a refurbuished one instead. I got accounts on Ebay and Amazon. Ebay was great, but then at the last couple minutes of a selling in an auction, someone comes in at the last minute to bid, in which they take the laptop from me.
